智通财经APP讯，五矿资源(01208)发布公告，本公司自2016年起持续委聘现任核数师德勤 • 关黄陈方会计师行(德勤)，为更有效确保审计工作的独立性与客观性，并经全面考虑本公司的业务发展及整体审计需求，本公司拟更换独立核数师。本公司已就拟更换核数师事宜与德勤沟通，德勤将于本公司来年的股东周年大会(将于2026年5月28日举行)(股东周年大会)结束后终止担任本公司的核数师。
根据国资委颁布的《国有企业、上市公司选聘会计师事务所管理办法》的相关规定，本公司就2026财政年度的独立核数师选聘事宜，已进行公开竞争性招标程序，并已综合考虑多项因素，包括独立性、专业能力、服务质量、风险管理、合规性、执业纪录、资讯系统与安全保障 ，在本公司营运国家的业务覆盖情况及审计费用报价等。根据招标结果，董事会经本公司审核及风险管理委员会建议，决议委任安永会计师事务所为本公司新任核数师，以接替即将退任的德勤。该委任须待本公司股东于股东周年大会上批准。
