据知情人士透露， 日本央行官员认为，尽管日本经济正朝着实现价格目标的方向前进，但下周没有迫切需要提高基准利率。

　　知情人士说，随着经济和通胀的发展基本符合预期，官员们认为实现他们的愿景的可能性继续逐渐上升。

　　他们说，虽然他们不排除年底前再次加息的可能性，但迄今为止尚无确凿因素能够说服他们在10月30日制定政策时必须升息。

　　无论如何，央行下周将仔细研究经济数据和其他因素，直到最后一刻做出最终决定。知情人士表示，这些因素将包括金融市场的发展，因为与过去相比，日元近期更有可能影响通胀。

　　到目前为止，美国关税的影响尚未在数据中体现出来。知情人士说，因此官员们判断，美国经济形势及其对日本经济的影响仍然充满不确定性。他们说，近期关税争端再次爆发也值得密切关注。

　　知情人士称，在9月的会议上两位委员提议加息，由九人组成的政策委员会本次会议将继续讨论采取行动的合适时机。

　　交易员预计本月加息的可能性约为25%，本周这一比例略有上升，但仍远低于上个月底约70%的概率。根据隔夜掉期指数的定价，12月会议的加息概率将升至约38%。
