ChampionsGate Acquisition (CHPG) appointed Timothy Lim Boon Liat as chief executive officer and chairman.
He succeeds Bala Padmakumar, who stepped down on July 31 to pursue other opportunities, the blank-check company said Monday in a statement.
Lim was most recently an independent consultant and previously held various executive roles at Dragon Group International from 2006 to 2021.
