华纳兄弟探索公司（Warner Bros． Discovery）于周二表示，正扩大对公司业务的战略评估，并愿意考虑出售事宜。这一消息推动该公司股价在盘前交易中上涨 8%。

　　今年早些时候，华纳兄弟探索公司（WBD）曾宣布计划分拆为两家独立实体，一家专注于流媒体与影视制作业务，另一家则负责全球电视网业务。此外，该公司还收到了新合并成立的派拉蒙天舞传媒（Paramount Skydance）的收购意向。

　　但在周二，华纳兄弟探索公司称已收到多个方面的 “主动收购意向”，目前将对所有选项进行评估。

　　首席执行官大卫・扎斯拉夫（David Zaslav）在一份声明中表示：“我们正通过推进战略举措、推动影视制作业务重回行业领先地位、并在全球范围内扩大 HBO Max（流媒体平台）的规模，持续取得重要进展，以确保公司在当今不断变化的媒体环境中站稳脚跟、实现发展。此前，我们采取大胆举措，计划将公司分拆为两家各自独立的领先媒体公司 —— 华纳兄弟（Warner Bros）和探索全球（Discovery Global），因为我们坚信这是实现未来发展的最佳路径。”

　　他补充道：“我们旗下业务组合的巨大价值正获得市场上更多方的认可，这并不意外。在收到多个方面的收购意向后，我们已启动对各类战略方案的全面评估，旨在找到能释放公司资产全部价值的最佳发展路径。”
