ES-Con Japan Attributable Profit Climbs 27% in Fiscal H1

ES-Con Japan (TYO:8892) profit attributable to owners of the parent company climbed 27% to 1.86 billion yen for the fiscal first half from 1.46 billion yen a year earlier.

The property developer's basic earnings per share (EPS) rose to 19.42 yen from 15.32 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.

Net sales jumped 13.4% to 35.18 billion yen in the six months ended Sept. 30 from 31.04 billion yen in the year-ago corresponding period.

For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the company expects attributable profit of 11.5 billion yen, EPS of 120.15 yen, and net sales of 133.0 billion yen.

The company expects to pay a year-end dividend of 48.00 yen per share for the current fiscal year.
