ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，本周伦敦 Zebu Live 大会上，英国加密货币监管环境引发热议，业内对缺乏明确框架和监管进展缓慢多有不满。
Consensys 高级法律顾问 Bill Hughes 言辞激烈，他担忧英国金融行为监管局（FCA）对加密货币监管仍会 “重拳出击”，认为这导致英国失去了加密货币中心地位，让美国占了先机，且将加密货币全视为金融工具并适用所有规则，会严重阻碍英国竞争力。
他指出，英美在加密货币监管上差异显著，美国希望为区块链技术提供发展空间，英国则侧重风险和不确定性，而支持创新的政策才是明智之选。
被问及何种框架最能支持英国区块链创新时，他以美国为例，称其最近通过了联邦稳定币立法，还在进行市场结构方面的努力。
