Emperador (SGX:EMI, PSE:EMI) affiliate, The Andresons Group, sold 3 million common shares in the company to Alliance Global, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Following the sale, The Andresons Group holds about 132 million Emperador shares, or roughly 0.84% of the company's outstanding stock.
