智通财经APP讯，九福来(08611)公布，钟宜斌先生已辞任执行董事及集团行政总裁，并调任为非执行董事，且不再担任董事会主席以及公司授权代表，自2025年10月24日起生效。
同日起，执行董事张荣轩先生将担任董事会主席、行政总裁及授权代表。阮骏晖先生已获委任为公司独立非执行董事、审核委员会主席、提名委员会及薪酬委员会各自的成员。
此外，由于萧剑明先生有意将更多时间用于其他个人事务，故彼已辞任独立非执行董事，亦不再担任公司审核委员会主席以及薪酬委员会及提名委员会成员；由于谢锦祥先生有意将更多时间用于其他个人事务，故彼已辞任非执行董事。
