智通财经APP讯，圣马丁国际(00482)公布，于2025年10月8日，该公司的非全资附属公司Pro Brand Technology (TW) Inc.(目标公司)的董事会批准向其现有股东进行供股。根据供股，目标公司所有现有股东均有权于要约期间(即2025年10月15日至2025年10月22日)按其各自持股比例接纳及认购目标公司新股份。于2025年10月22日，经审慎考虑后，公司决定不参与及认购供股项下的任何新股份。于2025年10月22日(交易时段后)已向目标公司发出正式通知，确认集团将不会参与供股。
因此，于供股完成后，该集团于目标公司的股本权益将由约59.1%摊薄至约54.2%。根据上市规则第14.29条，有关摊薄将构成公司视作出售目标公司的股本权益。
