ECARX (ECX) said Wednesday it will source printed circuit boards for its automotive computing platforms from Victory Giant Technology.
Financial terms were not provided.
The companies also plan to explore collaboration in other emerging technology areas, ECARX said.
Shares of ECARX were up more than 1% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
