智通财经APP讯，深圳控股(00604)发布公告，于2025年10月24日，深圳泰运通(公司间接非全资附属公司)与其股东(即深业泰然及深圳地铁置业)订立贷款协议，据此，深圳泰运通同意按照深业泰然及深圳地铁置业于深圳泰运通所持股权比例，并根据相同的条款及条件向彼等提供贷款。
将由深圳泰运通向深业泰然及深圳地铁置业提供的贷款合共本金金额分别为人民币12.9亿元及人民币12.4亿元。贷款融资的期限应为自第一批贷款发放日起计36个月。在此期间，贷款方可根据借款方的资金要求，以一批或多批的方式发放贷款。贷款按单利固定年利率0.05%计息，于整个贷款期间保持不变。
深圳泰运通为主要从事发展及建设位于深圳的一个住宅项目的项目公司。该项目已完成且深圳泰运通已于项目中产生盈余现金。由于深圳泰运通并无重大资本需求，通过向其股东按各自股权比例提供贷款(所有贷款均以深圳泰运通内部闲置资源拨付)，深圳泰运通能够更有效地利用盈余现金，并让其股东(包括作为股东之一的集团)从其回笼现金。因此，订约方在厘定贷款协议项下的利率时已参考现行市场储蓄利率，且贷款协议的条款乃由订约方经公平磋商后协定。
