消息面上，英诺赛科宣布，完成配售合共2070万股新H股，净筹约15.5亿港元。英诺赛科称，4.82亿港元用于产能扩充；3.76亿港元用于偿还有息负债，6.92亿港元用于营运资金及一般公司用途。此次配售将进一步增强公司财务实力、市场竞争力和综合实力，促进长期健康发展。
里昂发布研报称，英伟达推广新的800 VDC AI服务器架构，可提高电源效率，并应于2027年上市。该设计证明了AI服务器对氮化镓的需求，该行估计该市场将有100亿美元的TAM。英诺赛科与Nvidia合作，是唯一有能力提供完整氮化镓解决方案的供应商。英诺赛科拥有30%的市场占有率，应有210亿元人民币的潜在收入份额，该行上调预测及目标价至113.6港元，并重申“跑赢大市”评级。
