* 中银香港协助哈萨克斯坦国家石油天然气公司首次发行离岸人民币债券（点心债），并建立离岸人民币的中期票据计划，标志着中银香港首次参与中亚地区企业的公募债券发行，亦是本行首次为哈萨克斯坦企业承销债券
* 本次五年期债券发行规模为人民币12.5亿元，最终定价为3.15%，票息为2.95%；簿记建档峰值订单规模达人民币37.8亿元
