At 11:41 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.55% at 47,467.78. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.96% at 6,857.16, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 1.61% at 23,579.28.
