智通财经APP讯，汛和集团(01591)发布公告，于2025年10月23日，黄仁雄先生与黎国辉先生订立买卖协议，黄仁雄先生同意购买而黎国辉先生同意出售黎国辉先生于美城合法及实益持有的30%股权，代价为1200万港元(股份转让)。公司获黄仁雄先生及黎先生进一步知会，股份转让已于2025年10月27日完成。紧随股份转让完成后，美城将由黄仁雄先生及黄义邦先生分别拥有70%及30%，而美城将继续持有2.04亿股股份，相当于公司已发行股本总额的51%。因此，紧随股份转让完成后，美城、黄仁雄先生及黄义邦先生各自继续为一组控股股东。
