智通财经APP讯，中显智能齐家控股(08395)发布公告，本公司于2025年10月27日获告知，本公司最终控股股东、主席兼执行董事唐登先生(唐先生)、本公司控股股东(控股股东)(定义见GEM上市规则)誉顶有限公司(誉顶)与独立第三方陈江浩先生(贷款方)订立日期为2025年10月27日的贷款协议，内容有关金额为1600万港元的贷款融资，7.46亿股本公司普通股(已抵押股份)已为贷款方的利益予以抵押，目的为担保贷款方授予控股股东的贷款。誉顶由唐先生全资拥有。
于本公告日期，唐先生直接拥有6190万股本公司股份(占本公司已发行股本约3.91%)及控股股东拥有合共7.46亿股本公司股份(占本公司已发行股本约47.09%)。已抵押股份占本公告日期本公司已发行股本约47.09%。上文抵押股份并不属于GEM上市规则第17.19条的范围。
