Similarweb (SMWB) said Monday that it has appointed Ran Vered as its chief financial officer, effective Dec. 21.
Vered most recently served as the CFO of Lusha, a sales intelligence software company, Similarweb said.
Similarweb said it will release Q3 financial results on Nov. 11.
Shares of the company were down 2.7% in recent Monday premarket activity.
