ChainCatcher 消息，据联合早报报道，新加坡一家族办公室因柬埔寨太子集团诈骗大案再度成为焦点。太子集团首脑陈志于 2018 年设立新加坡公司 DW Capital Holdings（DWC），用于管理家族办公室资产，声称管理规模超过 6000 万新元。
该公司自称符合新加坡金融管理局 13X 计划条件并享有税务豁免。其管理资产包括 1000 万新元汽车融资、3000 万新元精品酿酒以及约 2000 万新元游艇管理等附属服务。目前，金管局正针对该公司是否违规展开调查。
