北京时间10月28日，据彭博社报道，知情人士称，Uber正计划投资小马智行、文远知行的香港上市交易，此举将加深这家网约车巨头与中国自动驾驶出租车公司的联系。
据知情人士透露，Uber可能在小马智行的香港股票发行中投资约1亿美元。小马智行去年在美国上市，目前正寻求通过香港上市筹集高达9.72亿美元资金，之后还可选择扩大发行规模。
知情人士称，Uber还有意投资文远知行的香港上市交易，但未透露具体金额。其他潜在投资者可能包括东南亚最大网约车和外卖公司Grab、新加坡国有投资机构淡马锡控股以及罗伯特·博世公司。$文远知行(00800)$同样在一年前在美国上市，已于周二启动香港上市程序，计划募集资金最高达3.98亿美元。
知情人士表示，相关谈判仍在进行中，投资计划可能会有所变动。Uber此前已投资了小马智行、文远知行在美国的首次公开招股(IPO)，博世也参与了对文远知行的投资。今年5月，Uber又宣布对文远知行追加1亿美元投资。今年早些时候，Uber与小马智行合作进军中东市场，并在阿布扎比与文远知行展开合作。
