智通财经APP讯，中国钱包(00802)发布公告，公司接获联交所的函件，当中表示上市委员会决定根据上市规则第6.01A(1)条取消公司的上市地位。
根据上市规则第2B章，公司有权在该决定发出后七个营业日内(即2025年11月5日或之前)将该决定提交联交所上市复核委员会进行复核(上市复核委员会复核)。倘公司决定不要求上市复核委员会复核，则股份的最后上市日期将为2025年11月10日，及股份将于2025年11月11日上午9时正起取消上市。董事会正寻求其顾问的意见并正考虑是否提出要求将该决定提交上市复核委员会作进一步复核。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
