法国石油巨头道达尔能源表示，其已与项目合作伙伴一同解除莫桑比克液化天然气（LNG）项目的不可抗力状态。该项目投资规模达 200 亿美元，四年前因伊斯兰武装分子袭击导致建设工作停滞。

　　道达尔能源一名新闻发言人透露，已于周五（10 月 25 日）通过信函将此事通知莫桑比克政府。

　　道达尔能源指出：“在项目全面重启前，莫桑比克内阁需批准一份开发计划附录，其中应包含更新后的预算与时间表。”
