Emperador's (SGX:EMI) affiliate, The Andresons Group, disposed of around 119 million shares in Emperador to Alliance Global Group on Oct. 24, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Following the disposal, the affiliate now holds about 10 million shares in the company.
