智通财经APP讯，雅各臣科研制药(02633)及健倍苗苗(02161)联合公布，由于2020年许可协议将于2025年11月30日届满，欧化药业与欧化药业(香港)于2025年10月28日订立2025年欧化药业许可协议，欧化药业同意根据2025年欧化药业许可协议的条款及条件许可欧化药业(香港)使用部分工厂，年期自2025年12月1日起至2028年1月27日止(包括首尾两日)，每月许可费为24.7万港元。
据悉，欧化药业有限公司为雅各臣的间接全资附属公司。欧化药业(香港)有限公司为健倍苗苗的间接全资附属公司。
自2007年起，欧化药业向科技园租赁工厂用作制造药品。根据租赁，欧化药业可于科技园事先书面批准下，许可若干实体使用工厂。
2025年欧化药业许可协议项下的此项许可安排为欧化药业带来未使用工厂空间的租金收入，亦为欧化药业(香港)提供合适制造场地。搬迁欧化药业(香港)现有符合药品生产质量管理规范的设施成本高昂及费时。因此，2025年欧化药业许可协议可让欧化药业(香港)毋须中断营运及避免搬迁开支。
