预计本次维护将持续最长 4 小时。当交易恢复时，Coinbase 将发布更新通知。
目前，所有交易对的订单簿已进入“仅可取消”模式，该状态将持续约 10 分钟，之后 Coinbase 将关闭剩余的全部功能。
