德意志银行策略师周五在报告中写道，目前预计美联储将在下周的政策会议上宣布停止缩减资产负债表，而不是在12月会议宣布，以避免在回购利率本周继续意外高企之后，对其政策公信力造成“严重冲击”。

　　该行策略师10月16日曾表示，他们预计美联储将在12月会议上宣布结束量化紧缩，并于明年1月完成缩表。

　　然而，在一级交易商将缩表结束时点的预期前移之后，德银也调整了预期。

　　委员会打算“谨慎管理”向充足准备金的过渡，而且“若2019年货币市场资金紧张局面重演，将对美联储的操作信誉造成严重冲击”，也是调整预测的主要原因之一，策略师Matthew Raskin、Steven Zeng、Andrew Fu和经济学家Matthew Luzzetti写道。

　　策略师预计，下周不太可能宣布任何公开市场操作，但FOMC可能会释放信号，表示将在必要时随时采取行动。但是，如果美联储开始担心准备金降至过低水平，可通过操作控制回购利率，迅速增加准备金。
