智通财经APP讯，世纪阳光(00509)发布公告，公司的非全资附属公司，山东红日化工股份有限公司及山东红日肥料销售有限公司(统称“山东公司”)的若干债权人已向山东省临沂市罗庄区人民法院(罗庄区法院)申请执行拍卖山东公司拥有的合共64件注册商标专用权(山东公司商标)，罗庄区法院将于2025年10月31日执行拍卖，拍卖总底价约人民币4292.5万元。拍卖所得款项将优先用于偿还山东公司的相关债务。
公司正努力寻求一些解决方案以改善集团的流动性，当中包括但不限于出售集团的非核心业务或非核心资产。鉴于山东红日化工股份有限公司因应当地政府推行的退城入园项目的要求，已停止营运及生产，并已拆迁厂房，山东公司商标已授权予集团其他附属公司使用，使用权期限至2039年4月30日。
于本公布日期，山东公司商标的拥有权尚未进行拍卖。若没有意向受让方参与，则山东公司商标可能无法成功出售。
