Grindr shareholders offer to take dating app private
Oct 24 (Reuters) - A consortium of Grindr GRND.N shareholders who own more than 60% of its outstanding shares, including George Raymond Zage III and James Fu Bin Lu, has submitted a non-binding proposal to take the dating app private, offering $18 per share.
