消息面上，金蝶国际公告称，截至9月30日，金蝶云订阅服务年经常性收入(ARR)约38.6亿元，同比增长18%。期内，金蝶云·苍穹&星瀚、金蝶云·星空、金蝶云·星辰、金蝶精斗云净金额续费率分别为105%、95%、93%、88%。期内，集团新签Chin Hin Group Berhad、北汽集团、玉柴集团、新钢联、华熙生物、强脑科技等客户。
值得注意的是，8月13日，公司与马来西亚振兴集团(Chin Hin Group Berhad)签订依托星瀚与AI报价Agent 等产品的ERP项目建设协议。财通证券指出，振兴集团为马来西亚主板上市、覆盖建材-工程-地产-家居的综合建筑龙头。本次合作标志着公司由“跟随中资企业出海”成功延伸至“直触当地企业”，有望以此为标杆带动区域复制。
