智通财经APP讯，吉宏股份(02603)发布公告，第五届董事会任期将于2025年11月12日届满。由于其他职务承担并考虑到于本公司履行职责所需的投入，执行董事王亚朋先生以及独立非执行董事杨晨晖博士、韩建书先生及吴永蒨女士将不会于临时股东会上膺选连任董事。
根据董事会提名委员会的审阅，膺选连任的现任董事以及新获提名的董事邓以海先生(邓先生)及蔡庆辉先生(蔡先生)获推荐为于临时股东会上膺选第六届董事会的董事。
本公司已于2025年10月27日召开职工大会，白雪婷女士于会上获选为第六届董事会的职工代表董事。白女士的任期将自2025年10月27日开始，彼将连同本公司现任非职工代表董事组成第六届董事会。
