凤凰网科技讯 10月28日，上海证券交易所昨日发布《关于聘任上海证券交易所第三届科技创新咨询委员会委员的公告》，决定聘任宇树科技创始人、CEO兼CTO王兴兴、银河通用机器人创始人兼CTO王鹤、中微半导体设备（上海）股份有限公司董事长兼总经理尹志尧、智元机器人联合创始人兼CTO彭志辉、强脑科技创始人兼CEO韩璧丞等60人为上海证券交易所第三届科技创新咨询委员会委员。
上交所称，第三届咨询委委员主要来自科研院所、链主企业、国家部委机关等，以连任委员为主，同时增补人工智能、机器人、商业航天、低空经济等未来产业领域专家，委员来源分布广泛，具有较强的代表性。咨询委委员将按照《上海证券交易所科技创新咨询委员会工作规则》要求，以个人专家身份兼职参与咨询委工作，主要就发行上市审核工作中的企业科创属性、业务与技术相关事项等提供咨询意见，为上交所板块建设和相关规则制定提供政策建议。
