消息面上，ASMPT此前公告拟10月28日举行董事会会议，以（其中包括）考虑及批准刊发公司及其附属公司截至2025年9月30日止九个月的未经审核综合业绩公告。公司表示上述公告将于当日收市后公布。摩根士丹利近期发布研报称，预测ASMPT第三季可能因一次性重组开支而录得亏损，但建议投资者关注其长期增长动力，包括CoWoS-L产能扩张、中国高频宽记忆体发展及混合键合进展。该行指，ASMPT第三季收入指引中位数为4.75亿美元，即同比增长11%。大摩目前预测公司收入可符合指引，但相信期内会录得约3.6亿元人民币的一次性重组开支，因而将录得约6900万元净亏损。
