中国自动驾驶公司文远知行(WeRide)今日起至下周一(11月3日)招股，发售8825万股，香港公开发售占5%，其余为国际配售；每股招股价将不高于35港元，集资最多30.89亿港元。一手100股，入场费3535.3港元。该股预期11月6日挂牌买卖。联席保荐人包括中金公司及摩根士丹利。 公司拟将所得款项净额中，约40%用于开发自动驾驶技术栈，包括基础设施和核心能力、数据、自动驾驶技术解决方案和运营平台；约40%用于加快L4级车队的商业化量产及/或运营，以提升自动驾驶产品和解决方案的质量，并扩大未来5年的业务规模；约10%将用于建立必要的营销团队和分支机构，以拓展现有市场及更多市场，以及投资于未来5年的营销活动；及约10%用作营运资金和一般企业用途。
