路透北京10月27日 - 中国啤酒生产商--青岛啤酒600600.SS0168.HK周一公布，三季度净利润同比增1.6%，但营收同比微降；报告期内公司加快产品结构调整优化升级，积极开拓海内外市场。
青岛啤酒在上交所网站公布的财报显示，三季度公司实现营收88.8亿元人民币，同比降0.2%；净利润13.7亿元，同比增1.6%。
前三季度，公司累计分别实现营收和净利润293.7亿元和52.7亿元，同比增长1.4%和5.7%。
前三季度，公司累计实现产品销量689.4万千升，同比增长1.6%，其中主品牌青岛啤酒实现产品销量399万千升，同比增长4.1%；中高端以上产品实现销量293.5万千升，同比增长5.6%。
青岛啤酒5月公布拟从新华锦集团和鲁锦集团处受让其合计持有的即墨黄酒100%股权，相关对价为6.65亿元等。不过公司在上周日终止了这一交易，因约定的交割先决条件未能满足。
青岛啤酒A股周一收跌0.2%，其港股收升0.6%；今年迄今则分别累跌18.5%和4.6%。（完）
