BlockBeats 消息，10 月 27 日，据 CoinDesk 报道，ClearBank 是一家支持加密的英国新型银行，同时也是受监管的 Faster Payments 提供商，计划加入 Circle Payments Network（CPN），将其云原生银行平台与 Circle 的区块链基础设施连接，以加快跨境支付速度并提供对受监管稳定币的访问。
此举是在英国创立的清算银行与 Circle Internet Group（USDC 和 EURC 稳定币的发行方）达成新的战略协议后进行的。ClearBank 将成为首批接入 CPN 的欧洲银行之一，使客户能够以接近即时的速度进行全球资金转账，同时保持监管透明度。
