智通财经APP获悉，美国雅保(ALB.US)周一宣布，已达成总价值约6.6亿美元的两项股权出售协议：将其旗下Ketjen炼油催化剂解决方案业务51%的股权售予KPS Capital Partners，同时将其在欧洲催化剂合资企业Eurecat中持有的50%股权转让给法国Axens公司。
交易完成后，美国雅保与KPS Capital Partners将分别持有Ketjen 49%和51%的股权。同时，美国雅保将100%保留Ketjen旗下高性能催化剂解决方案业务(PCS)，包括位于美国得克萨斯州帕萨迪纳市的PCS生产设施。
据了解，Ketjen是全球先进催化剂解决方案制造商，其产品可将原油及可再生原料转化、加工并净化为燃料与化学品，广泛应用于石化、交通运输、建筑及农业等多个领域。
美国雅保表示，此次交易所获资金将用于削减债务及一般企业用途。此举是公司战略重心调整的一部分，旨在进一步聚焦锂和溴两大核心业务板块。
