近日，亿翰智库发布“2025年1-9月深圳市典型房企销售金额TOP20（全口径）”，远洋集团销售金额57.7亿元，位居榜单第7位。
远洋集团于2011年正式进入深圳房地产市场，通过获取龙岗城市更新项目，开启了其在深圳的布局。该项目即为远洋新干线，位于龙岗中心城，规划总建筑面积约50万平方米，其创新的产品设计获得了市场的广泛认可。此后，远洋集团在深圳持续拓展，开发了包括远洋新天地、远洋天著、远洋城、远洋天祺、远洋滨海大厦等多个项目。市场占有率长年稳居城市前列，积累了良好的客户口碑和丰富的产业链资源，也为其拓展轻资产代建业务奠定了基础。
2025年5月，远洋建管成功获取深圳新桥街道新二社区项目（简称“新二项目”）。该项目位于深圳市宝安区新桥街道广深公路旁，总建筑面积约48.5万平方米，规划分三个地块进行开发，涵盖住宅、集中商业、旅馆业等多种业态。远洋建管充分发挥城市深耕优势及多项目开发经验，提供项目定位、前期手续办理、方案设计、工程管理、竣工验收、交付管理、产权证办理等全链条服务，助力委托方实现项目收益。
