智通财经APP讯，新城悦服务(01755)发布公告，伍秀薇女士(伍女士)因其他工作安排已辞任本公司的联席公司秘书(联席公司秘书)、香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)证券上市规则(上市规则)第3.05条的本公司授权代表(授权代表)及根据《公司条例》(香港法例第622章)第16部所规定于香港代表本公司接收法律程序文件及通知的获授权代表(法律程序代理人)，自2025年10月27日起生效。
于伍女士的辞任后，崔嘉欣女士(崔女士)已获委任为联席公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序代理人，自2025年10月27日起生效。陈鹏先生(陈先生)将继续担任另一名联席公司秘书。
