智通财经APP讯，吉宏股份(02603)发布公告，公司全资子公司厦门市吉客印电子商务有限公司(以下简称“厦门吉客印”)持有西安丹骏数字科技有限公司(以下简称“西安丹骏”)60%的股权，为进一步建立健全子公司的长效激励机制，优化子公司股权结构，促进经营业务的长足发展，厦门吉客印拟将所持有西安丹骏5%的股权以人民币183.35万元的价格转让给公司现任董事长王亚朋先生。与此同时，西安丹骏其他自然人股东樊帅帅等人拟将所持有西安丹骏25%的股权以人民币916.74万元的价格转让给王亚朋先生，根据《公司法》相关规定，公司对上述标的股权转让享有优先购买权，基于西安丹骏的经营情况及未来发展规划，公司拟放弃上述优先购买权。
本次股权转让完成后，厦门吉客印持有西安丹骏55%的股权，董事长王亚朋先生持有西安丹骏30%的股权，其他自然人股东持有西安丹骏15%的股权，西安丹骏仍为公司合并报表范围内控股子公司。
