天津三家“学习胖东来自主调改”门店

物美此前已在天津开出7家调改门店
覆盖6个城区
北辰店现制熟食渗透率达60%，深受年轻客群喜爱；海光寺店运营首日客流突破2.2万人次，开业至今日均客流仍维持在2万人左右，显示出门店升级调改在天津消费市场的良好适应性与吸引力。
此次焕新开业的三家门店也按照此前门店的严格标准进行全面升级，商品更新比例达到70%，商品结构接近胖东来商品结构的80%，重点强化了现制熟食、烘焙、生鲜等品类供给，并结合天津本地消费习惯，引入多款老字号本土品牌和地方特色商品。
此外，门店通过多点AI智能技术对生鲜商品的全流程品控管理进行严格把关，落实生鲜商品“每日出清”制度，杜绝隔夜商品销售，更贴近西青区和高新区居民的日常生活需求。
三家门店将优化商品陈列布局、货架高度和主通道宽度，并增设便民服务区，提供免费茶饮、直饮水、打包绳、血压测量仪、宠物寄存等设施和服务。
此外，门店员工薪资较调改前提升30%至50%，员工入职可享10天带薪年假，还能参与门店利润分红，物美将通过更优渥的待遇激发员工积极性，进一步促进服务质量与顾客满意度的提升。
