智通财经APP讯，中国诚通发展集团(00217)发布公告，于2025年10月27日，诚通融资租赁(本公司间接全资附属公司)与中铁共同承租人订立中铁协议，诚通融资租赁已同意向中铁共同承租人购买中铁租赁资产，并将中铁租赁资产回租予中铁共同承租人，自诚通融资租赁就中铁租赁资产支付购买价格之日起为期2年，惟可根据中铁协议的条款及条件提早终止。
中铁安排乃于诚通融资租赁的一般及日常业务过程中订立，并预期诚通融资租赁将赚取约人民币2141万元(相当于约港币2334万元)的收入，即中铁安排项下的服务费及租赁利息的总和。
