智通财经APP获悉，周一，Snowflake(SNOW.US)在一份文件中重申了其2026财年第三季度及全年营收指引。此前，该公司一名高管在接受采访时未经授权发表了关于公司未来业绩的言论。
该采访内容由名为“theschoolofhardknockz”的Instagram账号及相关平台发布。Snowflake在随后提交给监管机构的8-K文件中表示：“该高管并非公司指定的财务信息披露发言人，相关言论不应作为投资决策依据。”
据悉，该公司最初营收指引发布于8月27日。按美国通用会计准则计算，第三季度产品营收预计在11.25亿至11.30亿美元之间(市场普遍预期为11.8亿美元);2026全财年产品营收预期为43.95亿美元(市场预估为46.1亿美元)。
