Shun Wo Group's (HKG:1591) chief operating officer, Lai Kwok Fai, resigned effective Monday to devote more time to his personal endeavors, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Lai also stepped down as a director of May City after selling his 30% stake in the firm to Wong Yan Hung, another shareholder.
May City is one of the controlling shareholders of foundation contractor Shun Wo.
