智通财经APP讯，中国罕王(03788)发布公告，于2025年10月27日，本公司附属公司罕王黄金授出合共7800万份股份期权(股份期权)，以供认购罕王黄金的普通股，当中包括向执行董事邱博士授出2500万份股份期权(授予邱博士);向执行董事张女士授出500万份股份期权(授予张女士);及向罕王黄金集团的其他雇员授出4800万份股份期权(其他授予)，惟须待董事会于2025年7月4日批准的股份期权计划(罕王黄金股份期权计划)项下的股份期权的相关承授人(承授人)接纳后，方可作实。
本公司于2025年7月4日批准的股份期权计划授权并未获充分动用。本公司拟于完成建议分拆及罕王黄金于联交所主板独立上市后，于未来十年内根据相关期权计划继续向雇员授出股份期权。
