Dynatrace (DT) and ServiceNow (NOW) said Monday they have signed a multiyear collaboration deal to help enterprise customers automate and manage IT systems with artificial intelligence.

The pairing combines Dynatrace's AI for finding causes, predicting issues, and automating fixes with ServiceNow's AI agents and AIOps for IT service and operations management, the companies said.

Dynatrace will adopt ServiceNow for enterprise service management, HR service delivery, and asset management, and ServiceNow will use Dynatrace's observability platform for its digital operations, according to a joint statement.

Insights from these deployments will result in faster rollouts for customers, the companies added.

Shares of Dynatrace and ServiceNow were up 1.6% and 1.4%, respectively, in recent premarket activity Monday.
