金吾财讯 | 国泰海通发研报指，二十届四中全会定调“十五五”：聚焦先进制造与科技自立，装备制造迎中长期政策红利。二十届四中全会通过《十五五规划建议》，全会提出，明确“十五五”期间将以构建现代化产业体系为核心任务，坚持实体经济根基，推动传统制造业向智能化、绿色化与集群化方向升级，巩固制造业在国民经济中的合理比重，加快制造强国、交通强国、航天强国等战略落地。同时强调培育壮大新能源、新材料、航空航天、低空经济等战略性新兴产业，并前瞻布局量子科技、生物制造、氢能、核聚变、脑机接口等未来产业，打造新增长极。整体来看，“传统制造升级+新兴产业崛起+科技自立”将成为未来5–10年政策主线，高端装备、工业母机、智能制造、新能源装备等方向有望持续受益。
