上坤地产（06900）公布，2025年10月10日，公司收到联交所发出的函件，当中表示联交所上市委员会认定公司未能于2025年10月1日复牌截止日期前履行复牌指引，并决定根据上市规则第 6.01A（1）条取消公司股份的上市地位。函件中指出，除非公司根据上市规则第2B章下的权利申请复核除牌决定，否则股份的上市地位将自2025年10月27日上午九时正起取消。
经考虑公司的事实及情况后，公司无意根据其在上市规则第2B章下的权利申请复核除牌决定。
