智通财经APP获悉，大唐黄金(08299)再涨超5%，截至发稿，涨3.51%，报0.59港元，成交额1010.04万港元。
消息面上，大唐黄金此前发布公告称，公司已于2025年10月10日根据主板上市规则第9B章向联交所提交转板上市申请。转板上市将不会涉及公司发行任何新股份。公告指出，近年来，集团持续保持稳健的财务表现、业务增长及扩张。董事会认为，转板上市将凭借主板市场更大的总市值、更高的交易量及显著提升的国际认可度，有效提升公司的企业形象与公众认知度。
公开资料显示，大唐黄金主要金矿为位于陕西省潼关县的太洲金矿项目，地处有“千年金矿”美誉的小秦岭区域。公司此前宣布配售10.39亿股新股，预计募资净额约为2.74亿港元，其中，约70%预留为未来并购，约5%作为与大学及陕西省探矿头部企业的小秦岭深部资源勘探及研究，以及AI矿山合作，此外还有约25%将用于补充流动资金。
