瑞士制药商诺华（Novartis）周日表示，已同意以约120亿美元现金收购美国生物技术公司Avidity Biosciences，希望加强其治疗罕见肌肉疾病的产品组合。

　　根据交易条款，Avidity的股东将获得每股72美元的现金，较该公司上周五收盘价溢价46%。
