Ragnar Metals, through its Ragnar Exploration subsidiary, signed a binding heads of agreement with Harnäs GoldMine, granting Ragnar Exploration the exclusive right to acquire an initial 20% interest and the option to earn up to 75% in Harnäs, which holds the Harnäs project in Sweden.

RemSense Technologies (ASX:REM)

RemSense Technologies secured a contract with Applus+ to provide a virtualplant digital visualization solution for ExxonMobil's Barracouta platform in the Bass Strait.

Krakatoa Resources (ASX:KTA)

Krakatoa Resources said its Krakatoa Australia subsidiary signed a binding tenement option and sale agreement with Agriculture Equity Investments for the divestment of the Belgravia project in New South Wales for AU$350,000.

Activeport Group (ASX:ATV)

Activeport Group expanded its Global Edge platform by integrating NBN circuit provisioning, allowing it to provide national data access across Australia beyond its current Sydney and Melbourne Fibreconnx network sites.

Lefroy Exploration (ASX:LEX)

Lefroy Exploration progressed key milestones for its profit-sharing agreement with BML Ventures for the Lucky Strike gold deposit in Western Australia during the quarter ended Sept. 30. The company received the first installment of AU$1.3 million from BML under the profit cash advance facility ahead of mining operations in the December quarter.
