消息面上，恒富控股公布，卖方马小秋拟向联合要约人Zephyrus Capital Limited，及曾俊豪出售合共约4.11亿股股份，占该公司全部已发行股本约45.71%，总代价5400万港元。曾须按例就所有已发行股份提出强制性全面现金要约，现金要约价每股0.1331港元，较停牌前收市价0.64港元折让约79.2%。联合要约人拟于要约截止后维持股份于联交所之上市地位。
